S.U.M.O – Inspiring Leadership In Changing Times
Carpe Diem! Seize the day!!!
The fantastic Paul McGee delivered a truly motivating and inspiring session at PETA’s Management Training and Conference Centre recently that blew the socks off his enthralled audience.
“A really superb speaker, very inspirational – would highly recommend!”
“A Great day, Very inspiring!”
“This was a really great, well put together and inspiring day! Thank you!”
These are just some of the responses to Paul’s S.U.M.O philosophy, a philosophy which will challenge the very way you look at a problem and how you choose to deal with it.
E+R=O (Event + Response = Outcome), “What can I influence?”, “How can I affect the Outcome?” these are common issues we all struggle with on a daily basis.
Paul gave some excellent insight into how our response can be critical to the success of the outcome. Paul turned people’s perception of how we should respond on it's head giving people the tools to develop ‘Fruity Thinking’ and stop ‘Faulty Thinking’, the ‘Beach Ball view’ technique and many others tips to help develop Inspiring Leadership within organisations.
Paul quoted Albert Einstein “The definition of Genius is to make the complex simple” and that’s what he did, he made the complex minefield of leadership simple!
