To assist the Business Support departments in the successful delivery of the administration function.

TIAA began trading in 1995 and since then we have grown significantly. We have taken on the operations of several other business assurance providers, making us specialists in various sectors, and turning us into a nationwide operator with a multi-million pound turnover.

We continue to go from strength to strength, gaining new clients and enjoying a high rate of reappointment by current clients.

The three keys to our success are:

Our family feel. We are a ‘John Lewis’ model organisation, with our staff being majority shareholders. Our staff are proud to be the face of TIAA and their work demonstrates this.

Our strong values. We have a robust ethos to work from, and a clear mission statement. We actively promote equality and diversity, environmentally friendly action and corporate social responsibility.

Our individual approach. We care about our clients and meeting their specific needs. We act with honesty and integrity at all times and truly want the best possible outcomes for our clients.

TIAA stands out in the field because we are not an accountancy firm, but a specialist provider of internal audit, counter fraud and business assurance services.  We have a strong reputation for providing an intelligent business assurance service, rather than a ‘tick box’ solution.
