Douglas Stafford Ltd is looking for a confident, motivated and professionally-minded individual to join our head office team, based in North Harbour Portsmouth, as an Account Administrator.  This role involves supporting the team with any administrative tasks.

Working with the Project Managers supporting the team and clients requirements at all times. This position would suit a school or college leaver with a bright, bubbly personality who engages well at all levels and is keen to work within a care environment. This key role provides administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Duties will include:

The work will include:

  • Full administrative tasks to support the Project Management team
  • Use of Microsoft outlook, and excel packages
  • Customer CRMS management
  • Basic office housekeeping
  • Support at meetings taking minutes and preparing agendas

 

Other information:

  • This position would suit an individual who has a keen interest in business administration
  • Full on the job training will be given with the opportunity for further academic/external training for the suitable candidate
  • A professional environment with a “family” feel about it

Skills required:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office an advantage, ideally PowerPoint experience
  • Must have excellent I.T skills and the confidence to take on and use new systems
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Keyboard skills
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to follow and carry out simple instructions
  • Able to interact well with people and work as part of a team
  • Able to work under pressure and to agreed timescales

Qualifications required:

  • GCSE English Grade A - C or equivalent
  • GCSE Maths Grade A - C or equivalent
