Limburn’s Ltd is looking for a confident, motivated and professionally-minded individual to join our head office team, based in Gosport supporting the team with any administrative tasks.

Working with the Office Manager supporting the team and clients requirements at all times. This position would suit a school or college leaver with a bright, bubbly personality who engages well at all levels and is keen to work within a care environment. This key role provides administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Based in Gosport, Hampshire, LBHS has teams of skilled Mechanical Engineers who provide the best quality service and repair work across all types of Mechanical, Boiler, Heating and Plumbing Systems. Because we only ever use talented engineers we're proud to put our name to, clients know we're always on hand, 24 hours a day to help solve any heating problem, anywhere in the UK.

Duties will include:

The work will include:

  • Full administrative tasks to support the office and Management team
  • Use of Microsoft outlook and excel packages
  • Customer CRMS management
  • Basic office housekeeping
  • Support at meetings taking minutes and preparing agendas
  • Managing stationary and placing orders
  • Prepare meeting rooms and manage refreshments
  • Project support

 

Other information:

  • This position would suit an individual who has a keen interest in business administration
  • Full on the job training will be given with the opportunity for further academic/external training for the suitable candidate
  • A professional environment with a “family” feel about it

Skills required:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office an advantage
  • Must have excellent I.T skills and the confidence to take on and use new systems
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Keyboard skills
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to follow and carry out simple instructions
  • Able to interact well with people and work as part of a team
  • Able to work under pressure and to agreed timescales
