Aqua Cooling are a global supplier of industrial and process cooling products and services. We have a fantastic opportunity, based at our Head Office in Fareham, for an apprentice looking to start their career in an administrative role.

Duties will include:

Working alongside our customer service, internal and external sales teams, we’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and develop their skill set. Tasks you’ll be involved with will include all aspects of general administration tasks.

  • General administration duties
  • Call handling - taking incoming calls and passing the to the relevant team member
  • Enquiry handling – helping the sales team process their enquiries on the CRM system and monitoring the progress of them
  • Assisting members of the internal and external sales team within their day to day role
  • Database cleansing - ensuring our records are accurate and up to date
  • Contract admin – assisting our contracts team with their tasks

There’s also the potential to work over time to alongside our marketing and digital marketing team, helping with social media posts, the creation of case studies, news releases and website content.


Other information

  • This position would suit an individual who has a keen interest in Business Administration

Skills required:

  • Microsoft Office / Word – sending of emails etc.
  • Ability to use a computer and keyboard skills
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Good Telephone Manner

 Qualifications required

  • GCSE English Grade C and above or equivalent
  • GCSE Maths Grade C and above or equivalent

  • 20 days paid holiday, plus 8 statutory days holiday

  • Possibility of full time employment after successful completion of the apprenticeship programme
