This position is ideal for someone who would like to have a first experience in the travel industry. If you have an interest in Skiing and Snowboarding then this is the perfect position for you. Working for a small independent travel company you will receive an excellent first look into the travel industry.
Peak Retreats are a true specialist award winning ski operator giving holiday makers the opportunity to discover the real Alpine France.

Peak Retreats was set-up by two French Anglophiles, who previously were directors of well-known UK tour companies who operated holidays to France. Their extensive experience means they understand the needs and expectations of British holidaymakers. In addition, they have the benefit of an excellent network of local contacts and have a clear advantage in dealing with French supplier partners. The directors personally select and visit all the accommodation featured and the reservations team also get to visit the accommodation and resorts each year to give our recommendations.

Duties will include:

This role will focus on the follow up of bookings made by the reservations team.

  • Checking all booking elements (accommodation, transport, ski hire, lift passes, ski school…)
  • Liaising with suppliers when required
  • Preparing and sending travel documentation packs to clients
  • Dealing with out-going mail
  • Updating the reservation system
  • Sending out brochures and literature
  • Data input and prices
  • General administration support for the Products and the Reservations teams including filing, updating spreadsheets etc.


Other information

  • There maybe some Saturday working during busy period but you will be paid extra for this.

Qualifications required

  • Grade A – C in English and Maths


  • 28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays
  • Parking available on site

  • There will be a possibility of progressing onto an Advanced Apprenticeship
