Working as part of a dedicated team to ensure that all administration duties relating to the lettings element of the business are accurate and completed to set timescales.

Meeting/ greeting prospective clients visiting the premises and recording accurate data.

Duties will include:

The work will include:
  • Work as part of a team ensuring all administration duties are carried out to a high standard and within set time scales
  • Answering the telephone
  • Typing correspondence
  • Updating and amending the company web site
  • Managing the referencing process for letting tenants and landlords
  • Face to face meetings with prospective tenants and landlords
  • Compiling tenancy agreements
  • To complete any other tasks required by the department and from time to time to cover for colleagues absence due to sickness or holidays

  • This position would suit an individual who has a keen interest in the propoerty industry
  • The position may also suit an individual who wishes to embark on a career that offers a fast track progression opportunity within the sales/administration industry

 

Skills required:

  • Must have excellent IT skills and the confidence to take on and use new systems
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Keyboard skills
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to follow and carry out simple instructions
  • Able to interact well with people and work as part of a team
  • Able to work under pressure and to agreed time scales
  • Some experience or knowledge of marketing/advertising to support the role but, not essential
  • Be willing to learn to negotiate and influence

Qualifications required

  • GCSE English Grade C and above or equivalent
  • GCSE Maths Grade C and above or equivalent
