Support the marketing team in the design and delivery of all marketing products developed by Planet Cruise and Iglu.com. Contribute to the creative development and evolution of the exciting cruising brands as appropriate

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with the editorial content of the website and other marketing materials and actioning amends
  • Assisting with newsletter and brochure content and creation – copywriting and visuals, collecting and uploading images.
  • Executing marketing campaigns and promotions – online and offline
  • Assisting with direct mail and sourcing online DM pieces using E Mag Studio
  • Select images for website and other marketing channels, checking for appropriateness and best fit
  • Researching new advertising and promotional opportunities
  • Assisting with the organisation, logistics and execution of events
  • Maintenance of databases
  • Complete any other tasks required by the department from time to time to cover holidays/sickness like assisting and supporting the production of the weekly live TV show
  • General administrative duties

Skills required:

  • Must have excellent IT skills and the confidence to take on and use new systems
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Keyboard skills
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to follow and carry out simple instructions
  • Able to interact well with people and work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of MS Office desirable
  • Able to work under pressure and to agreed time scales
  • Creative flair

  Qualifications required

  • GCSE English Grade C and above or equivalent
  • GCSE Maths Grade D and above or equivalent
