Duties will include:

Provide a variety of administration tasks to deliver proficient and effective sales support to the sales team, ensuring at all times a positive and customer focused image is maintained to new and returning customers.

Key Duties

  • To act as first point of contact for our customers
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Book customers onto day trips and holidays using the electronic tour booking system
  • Input details from customers for coach bookings onto the coach booking system
  • Attach all important documents to bookings
  • Collate packs for drivers with all necessary paperwork for their trip
  • Book confirmed quotations onto the coach manager system
  • Reviewing your own sales performance with manager, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Provide general administration support including email, scanning, photocopying, typing, spreadsheets


General Duties

  • Actively support, promote and adhere to the Group’s policies and procedures
  • Liaise and cooperate with all Group staff to promote a single company approach
  • Undertake any other duties deemed reasonable to meet the demands of the business and service delivery requirements.



Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Group’s Data Protection requirements and policy for all areas of the Group, its Shareholders, Directors, staff, customers, contractors, and any other stakeholders. Any breach of confidentiality/data protection could result in disciplinary action and ultimately termination of employment.

Skills required:

  • Good levels of Maths and English
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

 Personal qualities:

  • Motivated to learn and progress
  • Mature attitude to work
  • Ability to work under some pressure

 Qualifications required:

  • GCSE in Maths and English grade A*-C (4-9) is preferred but not essential
