Duties will include:

Main Purpose of the role:

  • Assist the Admin team with ad hoc admin duties as and when required
  • Cover Reception at lunchtime & ad hoc as required
  • Provide admin support to all departments as required

 Key Tasks: 

  • Carry out any tasks such as updating spreadsheets, stationery monitoring, ordering refreshments for meetings, Personal Protective Equipment requests etc as allocated by Office Manager
  • Assist with and in due course coordinate the production of Operation and Maintenance manuals for the Project Managers
  • Ad hoc typing and photo copying as requested by Project Managers.
  • General assistance to the Admin Team
  • First contact for answering Overflow Calls
  • Develop the role as per capabilities and progression

 Other information:

  • The company is located in Segensworth with limited public transport links


Skills required:

  • This is an important role and requires a responsible, reliable and flexible ach approach, with the ability to work productively as part of a team, and be able to pick pick up tasks and work with minimal supervision
  • The ability to be organised and to meet deadlines is essential
  • Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel is essential
  • Willingness to undertake training is essential, possibly including attendance at college to gain a relevant Business Administration NVQ qualification

 Qualifications required:

  • Grade C or above in Maths and English


  • 20 days holiday including 8 bank holidays
