Duties will include:

  • To maintain accurate records of production status and schedules
  • Review material supplies and communicate issues to purchasing
  • Communicate with production supervision as to priorities
  • Communicate with sales staff as to production issues
  • As part of the Production Control Team attend and participate in review and progress meetings
  • Ensure that production documentation is processed in a timely and rigorous manner
  • To assist the Planning and Materials Manager in maintaining inventory integrity
  • Maintain accurate records and customer database

 Other information:

  • Adhere to Health and Safety requirements and regulations
  • Adhere to the Company Information and Protection Policy (IPP)
  • Comply with statutory requirements and regulations and Company requirements
  • Carry out any other reasonable request within current competence level
  • Cross train on various products to allow the flexing of resource throughout the business
  • Business Administration Level 3 Standard
