An exciting IT opportunity has arisen with an award winning organisation.  After a period of sustained growth, they are now looking for a Data Administrator at their busy office in Hedge End. This new position will require you to populate, maintain and analyse data ensuring consistency, accuracy and integrity of the businesses database systems, ensuring the right person can get the information required at the right time.

With over 25 years experience in putting the nation’s workforce in branded uniform supplying PPE, professional tools and test equipment.  In addition More Than Safety supply safety signs, access equipment, fire safety equipment and a full range of lock out/tag off products.

Duties will include:

  • Keeping databases up to date.
  • Populate Pricing, Products and Customer to SAP Business One.
  • Ensuring databases meet user requirements.
  • Inputting data into Excel.
  • Designing and automating reports.
  • Seek improvements in data quality.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.
  • Organise workflow to meet customer demands.
  • Communicate with internal departments.
  • Accept extra duties as situations arise.
  • Work efficiently, calmly, respectfully and to meet tight deadlines.

  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Effective Time Management Skills
  • Knowledge of Administrative procedures
  • Product knowledge desirable
  • Interpersonal skills.
