This position will report to the LMUK IT End User Experience Manager.

The role will involve rotations which will encompass the full spectrum of IT support teams to provide you with a solid foundation of how corporate IT functions operate and allow you begin building your career within IT.

Duties will include:

  • Providing end user IT support to our internal customers, via phone, instant messenger and face to face, whilst adhering to agreed service levels.
  • Assist with maintaining asset tracking database.
  • Assist with various project works as required such as software and hardware refresh programmes.
  • Write, update and maintain written processes and procedures.

Skills required:

  • Ability to demonstrate customer service skills 
  • Self starter with a willingness to learn from colleagues
  • Team Player
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Must have good problem determination skills
  • Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organisational skills
  • Experience of a Microsoft client operating system (Windows 7, 10)

  • A desire to build a career within Lockheed Martin
  • Interest in end user IT support

Qualifications required:

  • A Level or equivalent
