Are you using the tools available and at your disposal to improve the experience of staff when creating and editing documents?  

Are your staff working harder than necessary, spending extra time without added benefit, or embarking on a task that’s likely to have inferior results when tools are available to improve the experience.

While a document may appear formatted, this will usually be the result of many manual changes to the document. Global changes to a document can occur more effectively and efficiently.

Styles are a collection of formats which play different roles in our documents and are used to help our target audience make sense of our documents. The formatting of company documentation needs to be consistent or it will lose visual impact and continuity.

Word styles are recognised in Adobe Acrobat and automatically create bookmarks and navigation links in a PDF when exported or saved.
