Qualifications

  • Level 2 Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques
  • Level 2 Certificate in Applying Business Improvement Techniques
  •  English Functional Skills Level 2 (If required)
  • Maths Functional Skills Level 2 (If required)

Arrangements

  • Programme Induction
  • Training in the workplace
  • Formative assessment throughout the programme
  • Regular progress reviews

Off-the-job Training

  • Off-the-job training will only take place for those apprentices who require Maths or English functional skills all other training takes place in the workplace.

  • Carrying out flow process analysis
  • Contributing to the analysis and selection of parts for improvement
  • Level 2 Certificate in Applying Businessā€Improvement Techniques

Assessment

This is a framework apprenticeship and therefore assessment is undertaken during the course of the apprenticeship.
