Who is it for?

Ideal for those who are just starting out in an IT support role or for existing staff who are either working within IT or have prior IT experience and are now required to take on more responsibilities, work independently or lead IT projects.

Aimed at those who provide support to internal or external customers, use tools to troubleshoot non-routine problems, set people up on systems and maintain the organisation’s productivity.

Arrangements

Off-the-job Training

  • Within this apprenticeship there is an expectation that 20% of the teaching, learning and development will be undertaken through off-the-job training.
