Training Advisory
With our wealth of experience and professionalism in the training and development sector, we can offer the services of an Appointed Training Adviser, who will act as your “in-company” Training Officer. Working under your general direction, our Training Adviser will provide professional support and practical assistance in matters relating to the introduction, development and implementation of training policies, procedures, practices and related activities.
Although each proposal is agreed individually, typically the training schedule may include:
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis
- Creating company training plans
- Delivering training on company specifi c procedures
- Evaluating training delivery
- Sourcing training to meet specifi c needs
- Design/implementation of training management systems
- Developing/delivering induction activities
- Coaching individuals through personal development
- NVQ programme delivery
- Co-ordinating graduate development programmes

Fees
Please note that there is a minimum of 2 hours per visit and travel or accommodation charges will be additional where required.
