As a not for profit organisation established by employers to meet their workforce development needs, our role is to support growth of local industry and commerce and this will be achieved by ensuring the standard and quality of our service delivery is second to none. Our vision is for PETA Ltd to be the largest and highest quality private training provider on the South Coast of England and your first choice for fulfilling your training and development needs.
What you can expect from PETA Ltd
Our aim is to deliver a consistent level of service by ensuring a courteous and professional approach from our staff, responsive to the needs of employers, who will always be treated fairly:
Reliability and Responsiveness
Our Centres will be staffed 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, with out of hours access via e-mail, answer phone, fax or letter
A polite, welcoming and efficient team of front line staff will receive your call during office hours, responding within four rings
Calls will be directed to the member of staff or PETA business unit equipped to respond to your needs
We will offer access to a free visit from one of our professional advisers to discuss your needs
Where requested, written or e-mailed information will be sent within two working days of your enquiry
If a visit from one of our staff is required, this will be arranged within two working days of your request
Free initial information, advice and guidance will be provided as part of our service
Where we are not best placed to fulfil your needs, we will refer you to appropriate external information, advice and guidance services
Our website will remain informative, user friendly and provide ease of access to information for employers and learners alike
We will keep you informed on our range of services through maintaining contact via written, e-mail and face-to-face contact
Accountability
A named contact will be accountable for taking care of you from the point of enquiry through to completion of service delivery
Clear information, advice and guidance on the best approach to meet your needs will be provided
Proposed services will be relevant and reflect transparency and clarity regarding the content, duration, cost and delivery methods
Deliverable objectives will be agreed prior to service delivery (business or individual)
We will support you in evaluating the impact of the service delivered and resulting work force development benefits gained
Follow up dates in respect of enquiries or proposals will be agreed and adhered to
Timely access to exam results for accredited programmes will be provided
Our complaints procedures will be clearly defined as your route to progressing and our commitment to resolving an issue, should one arise
Professional and experienced support
Investors in People principles will be upheld in developing suitably qualified PETA staff to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to serve the needs of employers
Tutors with the practical experience and appropriate delivery styles will be matched to place learning into context with the culture of the employers business
Ethical considerations
Confidentiality will be respected and upheld by all PETA staff
The principles of equality, diversity and accessibility will be applied from initial contact through to completion of any agreed service
The health, safety and wellbeing of all learners whilst on learning programmes, will be managed through our OHSAS 18001 registration
