Our mission is to provide the highest quality customer service to Client Companies and their delegates, the Learning & Skills Council and associated Young Learners, Members of the Public, Stakeholders and Partner Organisations. In particular, we aim to:
- Maintain our identity as a professional organisation with a caring image, recognised for its employer engagement, reliability and dedication to the provision of practical, high quality, value for money services
- Provide a responsive, flexible and coherent range of high quality customer-focused training, advisory and consultancy services designed to meet the current and future workforce development needs of employers and the economy.Maintain our position as one of the best performing independent Training Providers in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, as measured by the Local Learning & Skills Council.
- Raise our employer responsiveness levels and service impact measurement processes to improve customer satisfaction to become their preferred choice for both their learning and skills training requirements and for training and conferencing room hire facilities.
- Extend our market footprint and penetration into West Sussex, Mid and North Hampshire and Dorset to increase the critical mass of potential customers with whom we have potential to do business
- Respond to the Government’s strategy for the future of Apprenticeships in England and grow the organisation’s volume and completion rates commensurate with the needs and requirements of the National Apprenticeship Service.
- Create new business opportunities through building partnerships with employers, key organisations, colleges and other training providers.
- Proactively participate in Government initiatives, particularly Train to Gain, directed at meeting the identified challenge of delivering a skilled workforce for South East England in order to remain competitive in the global market.
- Provide equal access to all existing and new applicant learners allowing maximum opportunity for everyone to achieve their potential regardless of factors such as disability, age, social background, sexual orientation, religion and race.
