Mediation in the Workplace
Workplace mediation is an informal structured process in which an independent third party, a mediator, helps people in disagreement to create a way forward. It introduces a powerful new dynamic to any negotiation or dispute discussion, enabling people to restore and develop healthy working relationships. This very hands-on workshop looks at the benefits of mediation and explores the skills required to be an effective mediator within the boundaries of legislation.
This course will cover what mediation is and when it should be used, the skills necessary to be a successful mediator, how to plan Mediation.
