What is it about?

This session will benefit those individuals who need help and guidance to be more assertive in their roles in order to influence others in achieving desired results.    

Examples of assertive behaviour will be demonstrated and explained and how these can be transferred into a workplace setting.

The session will also give you an insight into seeing things from other people’s view and giving you techniques to communicate positively and clearly.
