We recognise our duty of care and legal obligation to safeguard, protect and promote the ongoing welfare of all our learners and to provide excellent learning and working environments that are welcoming, accessible and safe and gives everyone the opportunity to participate with confidence.
In support of these policies, we aim to adopt the highest possible standards in teaching and learning and to this end the trustees, senior management team, staff and volunteers of the Company are required to uphold these policies and abide by their principles in ensuring that every day learning encompasses and highlights the outcomes, values and benefits of Every Child Matters (ECM), Safeguarding Young People and Vulnerable Adults and Equality and Diversity.
