PETA Training are proud to be working with Circle Cloud Communications Ltd, looking to source an exceptional Account Manager Apprentice for their organisation. Circle Cloud is the future in telecommunications, offering unique tailored packages to businesses, providing the most cutting-edge technology in the Telecoms Industry.

To support our growth, we have an immediate requirement for an Account Manager Apprentice who will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters relating to your accounts. The job will require you to build strong, long-lasting relationships with your customers and will also entail liaising with losing providers to negotiate customer terminations. Adding to this, there will also be an element of administration tasks. You will be working closely with various departments which is why having a full understanding of the product, and how the product and service is delivered to the customer, is important.

Duties

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met

- Fault diagnosis and contacting the relevant teams to resolve

- Handling billing enquiries

- Prepare reports on account status

- Liaising with losing providers to negotiate customer terminations

- Administrative duties including filing paperwork for lease documents and updating the CRM

Skills

Telecommunications experience preferred but not required

Graphics design experience preferred but not required

Excellent communication and management skills

Qualifications required

GCSE Maths Grades A* – C or 4 – 9 or Functional Skills Level 2
GCSE English Grades A* – C or 4 – 9 or Functional Skills Level 2

Training to be provided

Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of PETA training centres for off-the- job training. The majority of training will be completed with your employer at your place of work.

You will work towards the following qualifications:

Business Administrator Level 3
Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)
Apprenticeship standard
