PETA Ltd are looking to source an exceptional Business Administration Apprentice for a leading local IT support business.

PETA are working with Drift IT Services to recruit a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join their procurement team.

 

Duties

Your new apprenticeship

Joining the procurement team as a Business Administration Apprentice, you will learn to support with a wide variety of administrative tasks.

As you develop in your position, you will take on responsibilities including:

  • Accepting and checking in stock on spreadsheets
  • Processing basic quote including renewals
  • Chasing purchase orders with schools
  • Inputting accurate data on to the in-house CRM system
  • Answering the phone, taking messages & dealing with sales calls

To be considered for the Business Administration Apprentice role, in the procurement team, you will have a willingness to complete their apprenticeship and grasp the opportunity to progress into a full-time role with a keen interested in IT and technology. You must be competent in IT and have confidence using Microsoft Office. You will need to be:

Training to be provided

Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of our PETA training centres for off the job training. The majority of training will be completed with your employer at your place of work. You will be completing the Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship.
