PETA Ltd are looking to source a customer centric Business Administration Apprentice for a leading supplier of retail management systems.

PETA are working with Touchretail to recruit an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the team as a Customer Service Administrator Apprentice.

 

Duties

Your new apprenticeship

Joining the team as a Customer Service Administrator Apprentice, you will be trained to become the first point of contact for customers when they call or email into Touchretail. As an Administrator Apprentice for our customer support team, you will be directing the customer to the correct department, in a positive and helpful manner.

As you develop in your role, you will learn how to:

  • Learn and understand the Company’s products and services
  • Develop a knowledge and understanding of the customers
  • Field customer enquiries to the relevant department
  • Liaise with different departments in the company
  • Report any concerns about a customer to supervisor or manager
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer contact
  • Liaise with 3rd parties

What training will I be offered?

This position is offered as an apprenticeship and you will be completing a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. You will be employed directly by the client but be support every step of the way by PETA.

The majority of your training will be completed with your employer at your place of however, throughout the duration of the apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of our PETA training centres for off the job training.

Skills

As our ideal Customer Service Administrator Apprentice, you will need to be a team player first and foremost; able and willing to take responsibility to see the call through to resolution. To be considered for the role, you will also require:

  • GCSEs or equivalent at grades A*-C / 9-4 in maths and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Personable, positive and proactive
  • Reliable and trustworthy
Desirable skills
  • Interest in technology and software
  • Able to take instructions and feedback positively
  • Qualification in IT or technology desirable

Training to be provided

Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of our PETA training centres for off the job training. The majority of training will be completed with your employer at your place of work. You will be completing the Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship.
