PTG are looking to add to it’s Quality Control Department. A business-critical role has been created for an enthusiastic quality and customer focused individual. The role will require the successful candidate to monitor and evaluate telesales calls for compliance.  This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to learn about the telecoms industry, it’s regulators and how a reseller operates against the various legislation in a busy and fast paced environment.

In this role, the Call Compliance Administrator Apprentice will join a small and friendly team of 2 whilst also working closely with the Customer Service department. Duties and responsibilities to include:

- Monitoring of sales calls for compliance

- Ensure daily workload is completed to deadlines

- Document internal audits and other QC activities

- Investigate customer complaints and non-compliance

- Reporting risks and breaches to Head of Quality

Training to be provided

Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of PETA training centres for off-the- job training. The majority of training will be completed with your employer at your place of work.

You will work towards the following qualifications:

•               Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard

•               Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)
