You will be based at the Head Office and Contact Centre of Partnering Health in Whiteley. You will be assisting end users and customers when required. Additionally, you will be providing IT support to company’s remote offices across Hampshire.
This role is to support a fast-growing integrated urgent healthcare SME.
1st to 2nd line technical support to end users
Troubleshooting and repair any hardware and software
Resolving software and application issues
Completing documentation and quick step deployment guides
Providing appropriate support to staff using new technologies
Working closely with Managed Service providers
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00 (One day will be off due to working Saturday)
Working 5-day week (Saturdays included). You will get a day off during the week.
Good technical understanding of IT
Troubleshooting knowledge across Hardware, Operating Systems and Applications
Self-motivated, keen to develop and desire to learn
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
A Full Driver’s license
Experience / knowledge in telephony platforms
