An apprenticeship opportunity has arisen at Jeffries Estate Agents based in North End. The Administrator Apprentice (Customer Service Negotiator) will be part of a dedicated sales team to ensure customer service standards are high at all times and sales administration is managed and kept up to date. This is a varied and interesting job role within a busy independent estate agents. This role will enable you to grow, enhance your knowledge within the industry and take the first steps on the career business and sales ladder.

Duties

The Administrator Apprentice (Customer Service Negotiator) will be responsible for:

  • Face to face contact with potential clients
  • Making and receiving telephone calls
  • Filing of property and client details
  • Updating company database
  • Taking photos of properties
  • Showing clients around properties
  • Other general administration duties

Jeffries & Dibbens Estate and Letting Agents was established in 1996 and now has 10 sales and lettings offices covering South East Hampshire. Their experienced teams specialise in all aspects of the property market from buying, selling, lettings and financial services.

Skills

It is essential that the Administrator Apprentice (Customer Service Negotiator) is able to interact well with people and work as part of a team. Other essential qualities include:

  • Being able to follow and carry out simple instructions
  • Excellent communication skills both, written and verbal
  • Able to work under pressure and to agreed time scales
  • Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic
  • Good time keeping
  • Hungry to succeed

Due to frequent travel to different property sites, the apprentice must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

Qualifications required
  • GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade C / 4 are required.

Training to be provided

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 10 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
