Due to a period of growth, they are moving to a brand-new office and production facility that will be using state of the art technology. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator Apprentice to gain experience across a range of areas including sales, customer service, account management and social media.
The Customer Service Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for prioritising and processing customer enquiries and requests submitted by telephone, email, or website form. Other duties to include:
Investigating and resolving customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently, including assistance of customers who may have received their orders late, have received the wrong order or have received faulty products.
Maintaining thorough and accurate customer service records.
Keeping confidential records and financial information private and secure.
Learning how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care.
Working as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results.
Checking product availability for customer orders and order or restock items if necessary to satisfy the customer.
Communicating with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery.
Managing enquiry pipeline and feed through to sales team.
Managing and updating Social Media accounts- Linkedin, Instagram etc.

Assisting at marketing events and trade shows.

It is essential that the Customer Service Administrator Apprentice is confident with strong communication skills as this will be a public facing role. Other essential criteria include:
Pleasant and polite telephone manner
Good ICT skills
Experience using a range of social media platforms
Use of own initiative
Proactive approach to work; not afraid to contribute own ideas
Experience in a sales or customer service role
GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade C / 4 are required.

There is the intention for a full-time permanent position to be offered to the suitable and successful candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship.
Polycast are looking for a Customer Service Administrator Apprentice to progress and grown within the company.
Training to be provided
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 10 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham
You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
