Apprenticeship summary:

PETA Ltd are looking for an Administrator Apprentice to join a leading roof & drone surveying company. If you have an interest in administration and technology, this could be the apprenticeship for you.

As an Administrator Apprentice for HySurv, you will be a key part of growing the company. The Administrator Apprentice will work in an agile, cross-functional team to provide detailed reports that solve customer’s problems. We are looking for a bright, driven creative individual with demonstrable experience in both the construction and office environment with a passion for technology.

As this is a young business, this role is likely to require flexibility but will offer the ability to take on a variety of tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to input and influence the development of this growing and successful company.

Duties

The Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for a range of general office administration to include:

  • Providing support to the sales team with new client onboarding and set up
  • Contacting new clients to walk them through the processes and ensuring that each step is completed accurately
  • Scanning & processing client data
  • Involvement in Marketing and social media content
  • Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Managing client expectations
  • Managing queries internally to ensure response times are met
  • Email communications
  • Researching and preparing responses for more complex queries with the support of supervisors

Skills

The ideal Administrator Apprentice will:

  • Have the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively - both verbally and written
  • Be proficient with MS Excel and World

  • Be conscientious, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Have the ability to work alone
Qualifications required
  • GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade C / 4 are required

Future prospects
  • There is the intention for a full-time permanent position to be offered to the suitable and successful candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship with the possibility to move up to a managerial role.
Training to be provided

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 10 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
