PETA Ltd are looking for a Lettings Administrator Apprentice to join a leading independent estate and letting agent in Southsea. If you have an interest in property and a hunger to succeed, this could be the perfect role for you.
This position would suit an individual who has a keen interest in the propoerty industry. The Lettings Administrator Apprentice role may also suit an individual who wishes to embark on a career that offers a fast track progression opportunity within sales/administration.
Working as part of a team to ensure all administration duties are carried out to a high standard and within set time scales
Answering the telephone
Updating and amending the company website
Managing the referencing process for letting tenants and landlords
Face to face meetings with prospective tenants and landlords
Compiling tenancy agreements
Completing any other tasks required by the department and from time to time to cover for colleague absence due to sickness or holidays

Hours are flexible and can be discussed, will include Saturday working

There is the potential for a full-time permanent position to be offered to the suitable and successful candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship.
Training to be provided
Training to be provided: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 10 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
