PETA Ltd are proud to be looking for a Customer Service Administrator Apprentice to join the UK’s leading supplier of van, car and boat custom covers.

From listings to customer service to data input, the Customer Service Administrator Apprentice will be working in a varied role. The Customer Service Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:

  • General office administration
  • Data input
  • Order processing
  • Taking calls
  • Emails
  • Customer service
  • Advert creation and listings
  • Following processes across different web platforms

Please note that there are 2 potential apprenticeship roles.


The ideal Customer Service Administrator Apprentice will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong organisation skills
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Smartly presented
  • Motivated to learn
  • Keen to develop
  • Confident working on a computer; strong ICT skills
Qualifications required
  • GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade 4/C are required.

Future prospects
  • There is the intention for a full-time role to be offered to the successful and suitable candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship; good progression routes will be available.
Training to be provided

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 10 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
