We are a fast-growing company called Time For You and they provide cleaning services to households and businesses across the South Coast and you will based in Head office in Waterlooville. You will be part of a small, friendly team that work closely together in a busy and often pressured environment.

We require a highly motivated administrator to help with the ever-expanding workload. The suitable candidate needs to be energetic, enthusiastic, dynamic, versatile and able to work in a pressured and interrupt driven environment, with the ability to multi-task.

Time For You are a local based company in Waterlooville and they specialise in providing cleaning services to personal customers within the PO post code. The business is growing very quickly and the cleaners are self employed and there are 4 full time employees within the business. The business is owned by Paul Barrett and Dan Barrett and they understand the needs of customers to provide a first class service in their homes.

Duties

The main responsibility of the role is to assist with day to day tasks within the Administration team, supporting departments including HR, Operational Support, Sales & Customer Service.

  • Handling emails and phone calls in a professional manner
  • Completing administrative duties: photocopying/scanning, sorting, filing and paperwork archiving
  • Completing HR tasks including the administration of new starters, DBS applications, recruitment and uniform
  • Completing Administrative tasks to support the Operations function including ordering consumables, recording customer audit information, admin for new and terminating customer sites
  • Ensuring accurate data is kept on the database
  • Taking customer complaints calls and recording relevant information on the complaints system
  • Managing enquiries from customers and staff
  • Managing upcoming projects
  • Completing data entry tasks
  • Ensuring conformance with Legislation within each department
  • Helping to manage the office facility and completing office support tasks
Other information
  • DBS Enhanced Criminal record check is required

Future prospects

Training to be provided

Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of PETA training centres for off-the- job training.  The majority of training will be completed with your employer at your place of work.

You will work towards the following qualifications:

  • Business Administrator Level 3
  • Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)
