An opportunity has arisen at Kite Packaging for an individual to support the Purchasing Team and to cover all aspects of Customer care and Administration. The individual will complete the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship and will learn to advise on delivery schedules to clients, maintain the company’s database through accurate data input and how to improve the operational systems, processes and policies.

You will assist our purchasing and office teams in all aspects of day to day administration tasks.
Support the purchasing team with general administration duties.
To support operational functions liaising with departments, customers and vendors, maintaining relationships and updating database.
Provide high levels of customer service to both internal and external customers
Advise delivery schedules to clients within departmental KPI’s.
Maintain the Company database through accurate data input.
Telephone and email communication
Switchboard duties to manage incoming calls to the department.
Work with the team and Operations management to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizational goals to maximize effective, efficient, profitable output
Maintain the companies Health and Safety policy’s
Attention to detail

GCSE grade A – C / 4 - 9 in Math’s and English (or equivalent)

100% of our apprentices have been offered a full-time position on successful completion of their apprenticeship and have continued with further training/qualifications, promotion, wage increases and more responsibility.
Training to be provided:
Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of PETA training centres for off-the- job training. The majority of training will be completed with your employer at your place of work.
You will work towards the following qualifications:
Business Administrator Level 3
Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)
