PETA are proud to be working on behalf of CTS Europe Ltd to source an exceptional Engineering Support Administrator Apprentice on their behalf.
CTS Europe Ltd have an vacancy for an Engineering Support Administrator to work and support the Field Engineers on site. The individual will need to have experience in technical knowledge or willing to learn to support customers using their products.
Containment Technology Services – CTS Europe – specialises in the containment of airborne particles often present when handling drug compounds within the laboratory and has many years of experience in the supply of proven containment solutions. CTS have focused on the production of custom laboratory containment which has progressively led to the development of a solid range of laboratory safety enclosures. From specialist powder weighing enclosures to automation enclosures, climatically controlled enclosures systems and to complete enclosed laboratory processes
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, practically minded individual from an engineering/technical background who has good communication, organisation and customer service skills. Full product and Industry training will be provided.
Liaise with customers to ensure new projects are entered correctly
Work with Admin and Engineering teams to ensure projects run smoothly
Use order entry system to input project orders and makeup project files.
Supervise small non-standard orders.
Act as frontline technical support for incoming calls
Coordinate Field engineer’s activities with customers
Manage Field Engineers test equipment
Manage Product manuals database.
Manage Equipment technical file database.
Manage Quarantine returns
Well organised and skills in planning
Problem-solving and process thinking
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
Willing to learn
Excellent time management
Good team worker
Excellent attention to detail
GCSE Maths Grades A – C or 4 – 9* or Functional Skills Level 2
GCSE English Grades A – C or 4 – 9* or Functional Skills Level 2
20 days holiday plus 8 days Bank Holiday
On-site parking available
Once apprenticeship has been completed a full-time role will be available at the business
Training to be provided
Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of PETA training centres for off-the- job training. The majority of training will be completed with your employer at your place of work.
You will work towards the following qualifications:
Business Administrator Level 3
Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)
