Southern Business Coaching Limited are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to support growing the business further, promoting the business to attract new customers and understanding how and why people buy.
Throughout his career, Mark has helped teams and individuals accomplish their business goals and reach their potential. Managing the website
Creating content for the website and social media platforms; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
Managing and creating marketing campaigns across various media platforms
Responding to and creating campaigns for promotional activities; GoogleAds, LinkedIn Campaigns, etc.
Communicate with a range of audiences and digital platforms
Analyses and contributes information on the digital environment
Recommends and applies effective, secure and appropriate solutions
Reviews, monitors and analyses online activity
Responds efficiently to enquiries using online and social media platforms
Applies structured techniques to problem solving
Understands and creates basic analytical dashboards
Builds and implements digital campaigns
Applies at least two of a range of digital specialist areas
Uses digital tools effectively
Measures and evaluates the success of digital marketing activities
Interprets and follows latest developments, trends, marketing briefs, plans, customer standards and approaches to continuous integration
Attend online and face to face networking events to promote company and to attract new business
Answer telephone professionally and take messages for the Director
Update CRM and ensure data is correct to support with various marketing campaigns
This apprenticeship is a home-based role with occasional meetings with the business owner either weekly or monthly as required for further learning and development.
Working knowledge of a variety of social media platforms such as Facebook, Linked in, Twitter, YouTube etc
High standard of written and spoken English
Understanding of digital etiquette

Ability to work with a range of internal and external people
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Microsoft Office Skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

GCSE Grades A – C or 4 – 9* or Functional Skills (L2) – English
GCSE Grades A – C or 4 – 9* or Functional Skills (L2) – Maths

Once completed the apprenticeship you may be offered a full-time role within the business and hours may increase
Training to be provided
Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of PETA training centres for off-the- job training. The majority of training will be completed with your employer at your place of work.
You will be completing Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship along with the following qualifications:
Digital Marketer Level 3
BCS Principles in Coding
CIM (Charted Institute of Marketing) Level 3 Award in marketing Fundamentals
Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)
