PETA are proud to be working on behalf of Tidy Tigs Ltd T/A Well Polished to source an exceptional Business Administration Apprentice on their behalf.  

We require a highly motivated Level 3 Business Administrator to help with servicing our customer’s needs. The successful candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, dynamic, versatile and able to work in a pressured and interrupt driven environment, with the ability to multi-task.

We are a fast-growing company called Well Polished and we provide cleaning services to households across 3 counties – Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire.  You will be based in an office in central Oxford and there is an opportunity to work from home in the future. You will work closely and alongside the director and other members of staff as we continue to expand.

Duties

The main responsibility of the role is to assist with the day to day running of our 3 territories within the Well-Polished Franchise Network: 

  • Respond to customer requests by phone, email or text message and to action as per the agreed turnaround times in order to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Handling telephone calls to include taking sales enquiries and follow the due process and tasking for the sales department
  • Handling customer complaints and recording relevant information and passing onto your line manager
  • Liaising with cleaners to include sickness, holidays and other scheduling issues
  • Resource allocation – assigning cleaners to new and existing clients
  • Problem solving – scheduling issues including finding cover cleaners
  • Building, nurturing and developing relationships with cleaners using digital comms
  • Electronic filing of documents
  • This will also incorporate keeping the CRM data accurate such as cleaner availability and client profile preferences
Other information
  • Travel to Portsmouth, Hampshire will be required once every approx. 6 – 8 weeks for training for the apprenticeship
  • DBS Criminal record check is required

  • Confident with speaking on the telephone – excellent telephone manner
  • Good IT Skills and preferably experience of an email client server (Gmail)
  • Excellent organisational skills

Qualifications required
  • GCSE Maths Grades A – C or 4 – 9 or Functional Skills Level 2 Certificate
  • GCSE English Grades A – C or 4 – 9 or Functional Skills Level 2 Certificate

Future prospects

Training to be provided

Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of PETA training centres for off-the- job training.  The majority of training will be completed with your employer at your place of work.

You will work towards the following qualifications:

  • Business Administrator Level 3
  • Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)
