Vine Social Care Ltd are looking for an administration apprentice to work within the office environment to support the care support staff within the field. They are looking for someone that is flexible, adaptable and ability to communicate effectively.

Duties

  • To support the Vine Social Care Ltd team in ensuring that all administrative processes are completed in a timely manner in order to ensure provision of a quality service.
  • Provide administrative support to the team by processing and authorizing all Care Worker timesheets in conjunction with accounts and payroll.
  • Provide administrative support to the team by ensuring all filing is completed on a weekly basis.
  • Answer telephone calls and where appropriate respond to queries or pass messages and detail to the appropriate person.
  • Provide administrative support to the team by ensuring a sufficient supply of photocopied sheets and packs are always available.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all information is always respected and protected.
  • Health & Safety/Accident Reporting/Fire Safety training is monitored and training booked
  • To utilise working practices that ensures the smooth and cost-effective running of the office premises, equipment, and systems and maintains security.
  • To communicate effectively and appropriate with all staff, clients and multi disciplinary agencies.
  • Undertake admin tasks such as photocopying, scanning and of care plans
  • Monitor and order stationery and PPE where required
  • Undertake social media to grow the business and its customer base

Qualifications required
  • GCSE Maths Grades A* - C or 4 - 9 or Functional Skills Level 2
  • GCSE English Grades A* - C or 4 - 9 or Functional Skills Level 2

  • Permanent position available once apprenticeship has been completed and if growth within the business maybe promotion to a Team Leader role
Training to be provided

Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of PETA training centres for off-the- job training. The majority of training will be completed with your employer at your place of work.

You will work towards the following qualifications:

  • Business Administrator Level 3
  • Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)
