PETA Training are proud to be working with HW Conveyancing Searches, who are looking to source an exceptional Search Agent and Administrator Apprentice to join their organisation.
The role will be in two parts and includes; The Search Agent role and the Administrative role. The role will provide an opportunity to learn a wide range of skills including; researching, report writing, databases, customer service and accounts.
Providing conveyancers and solicitor clients with the full range of searches and reports to assist them in advising the purchasers of property. These reports cover everything from flooding risk to protected trees and even identity checking.
Researching information on the internet and going to the local Council to retrieve this information.
Compiling comprehensive reports outlining the planning, land charges, building regulations etc that apply to the property.
Sending electronic reports to clients
Processing orders from the website and entering them onto the database system.
Ordering environmental and drainage searches.
Answering the telephone.
Filing and other administrative duties required by the Management team.
Preparing invoices for clients.
Typing and report writing skills
Attention to detail
Eager to learn
Reliable and able to work unsupervised
GCSE Maths Grades A* – C or 4 – 9 or Functional Skills Level 2
GCSE English Grades A* – C or 4 – 9 or Functional Skills Level 2
24 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays
Flexible working so long as sufficient staff available.
Once the apprenticeship has been completed, their could be a permanent position available for the right candidate.
Training to be provided
Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of PETA training centres for off-the- job training. The majority of training will be completed with your employer at your place of work.
You will work towards the following qualifications:
Business Administrator Level 3
