New Course - Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM) Awareness
However large or small your construction project is, it is essential to ensure that working conditions are safe before work starts, and that the proposed work is not going to put other people at risk.
This new course from PETA will give delegates an understanding of the new Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM), and will offer guidance on the roles and responsibilities under the revised planning legislation, and designing for safety and health within the project.
This course will cover:
- The background to the CDM legislation
- What are the changes to the legislation?
- How the legislation affects construction work
- The duties of all parties under the legislation
