PETA teaches pupils how to restart a heart

St Edmund’s Catholic School pupils were taught life saving CPR by the PETA Health and Safety team as part of the European Restart a Heart Day.
Statistics show more than 30,000 people suffer cardiac arrest outside of hospital in the UK each year and survival rates could double if CPR is started before an ambulance arrives.
What a fantastic initiative. Well done, St Edmunds!
