Event summary: Develop an in-depth understanding of your own unique mind and how you can use it to improve your individual and organisational performance.
Following the success of our first Chimp Management course last year, it’s back! Already generating great interest, PETA’s new programme offers a condensed hybrid approach, combining a one-day workshop at PETA’s Portsmouth Training Centre, followed by two virtual 60-minute sessions. The course will be led by our Chimp Management Mentor, Dean Coomer.
Developed by Professor Steve Peters and the Chimp Management Team, this new programme will help people to understand and manage their mind and emotions with a focus on getting the best out of themselves and others. Participants will develop an in-depth understanding of their own unique mind and how they can use it to improve their individual and organisational performance.
The workshop, which will focus on Optimising Performance and Building Resilience, will take place on 11 November 2021. Topics covered will include:
- Understanding your own mind
- Developing emotional skills
- Appreciating the difference between robustness and resilience
- Developing skills for becoming and staying resilient
The virtual sessions will follow on 24 November and 9 December, covering Insights for Effective Leaders and Creating High Performance.
