- How to future proof your workforce as we emerge from the COVID era
- Agile working and Employee communications

- Progression plans to support the lifelong learner
I'm pleased to share with you our next upcoming session below:

- Change Management - Managing the change our businesses are going through
Since the pandemic a few years back, we have seen a significant shift in the landscape of leadership within UK industry. From remote working to the 4-day week, the Great Resignation to the Gen Z culture shift, there have been an enormous amount of influences which have driven change in our management approach. This Peer Group session identifies the changes which are currently impacting us, how they are influencing the UK market, and explores content from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) module on Change Management which support leaders in managing this.
In addition, we will also be hearing from Katie Collins, PETA’s Apprenticeship Management Consultant as we explore the future of PETA’s apprenticeship consultancy services and how they meet the future business needs of our members and customers. We will be looking for your perspective on this as part of an interactive 30-minute session.
As always, we conclude the morning session with a Peer Group networking session on the subjects discussed, and encourage you to reflect on how these subjects affect your business, sharing your experiences (and how you have approached them) with your fellow Peer Group members.
