Join us during National Apprenticeship Week for the return of our Peer Group and the first for 2026, this time dedicated to Unlocking the New Apprenticeship Landscape.
Our Peer Groups are exclusive, members‑only events held quarterly, giving you free access to deep‑dive conversations on sector‑specific topics led by industry experts. They create a dedicated space for meaningful collaboration, where you can share best practices, learn from real‑world experiences, and gain fresh perspectives that spark new ideas and keep you ahead of emerging developments. Alongside the expert insights and thought‑provoking discussions, the true value comes from the connections you build and the shared learning.
This event has now been running since 2022 and we have been able to welcome various speakers and deliver talks on subjects such as: recruitment challenges, how to retain staff, how to develop a training and competency matrix, how to future proof your workforce from the emerge of Covid, agile working and employee communications as well as progression plans, employment law and degree level apprenticeships.
We are looking forward to our next session where we aim to focus on:
- The Skills Reforms (and what this means)
- New Policy (and what they mean in practice)
- Changes to the Apprenticeship Levy
- Moving into a Virtual World (apprenticeships as virtual and digital delivery)
- The Opportunities this presents for you.
