In just over an hour, you’ll discover how everyday habits, beliefs, and strategies can help you thrive - not just in your apprenticeship, but in life and work beyond. It’s practical, energising, and designed to help you unlock your potential using tools you already have.

We’re excited to bring you the next session in our popular Masterclass series - an excellent opportunity to explore the highly relevant topic of personal resilience and problem solving. This interactive session will offer practical tools and insights you can apply straight away, helping you strengthen your mindset and approach challenges with confidence.
The session will be delivered by Emma Quance, one of our experienced trainers who leads much of our Functional Skills and Business Administration training. Emma is well-known for her engaging, approachable style and for creating fun, impactful learning experiences - this is one you don’t want to miss!
This session also counts towards your off-the-job hours, extra-curricular activities, and CPD log.
