Shaping the Future of Learning and Development at PETA
Our HR and L&D Workshop is the perfect time for an honest, collaborative discussion about how our training and development programmes can evolve to meet your organisation’s current and future needs.
This interactive session is more than just a review of what we currently offer. It’s a chance to shape the direction of our curriculum, ensure our programmes continue to meet evolving industry demands, and strengthen how we partner with you to deliver impactful training that truly makes a difference.
Together, we’ll:
- Reflect on our current curriculum - Does it meet your team’s needs? Are there gaps or opportunities we can build on?
- Explore industry trends - What skills and capabilities will be critical in the future, and how can we prepare for them now?
- Discuss organisational needs - What are your current priorities, challenges, and training demands? How can we better support you with delivery, flexibility, and relevance?
- Spotlight key themes - We’ll also explore emerging focus areas shaping the future of learning, including AI and its impact on skills, neurodiversity in the workplace, and other target topics designed to spark meaningful discussion.
- Collaborate on alignment - How can we ensure we're supporting you with your future aspirations and direction?
- What could we do differently to help you succeed? Are we missing anything that would really support you?
