HR and L&D Industry Workshop: Wednesday 20 May 2026
Join us for an engaging and collaborative event where we bring together our valued employer partners to share insights, updates, and future developments from PETA.
This session will provide an opportunity to explore key topics, learn more about our latest initiatives, and gain a deeper understanding of how we continue to evolve as a training provider. Through open discussion and shared perspectives, the event is designed to strengthen collaboration with employers, highlight the support available to you, and ensure our training continues to meet the needs of your workforce and future growth.
During the workshop, we will explore:
- Defunding Apprenticeships and Maximising Levy Investment
○ Includes - looking into the units, how PETA can support, your thoughts on the skills gaps and how you may choose to navigate these changes, the defunding of leadership apprenticeships - Workforce Skills Strategy and Future Talent Planning
○ Includes - what we've introduced/introducing to support organisations with enhancing skills, what you feel PETA may be missing - Driving Engagement, Retention and Performance through Learning and Development
○ Includes - effective L&D planning to reduce attrition, how to embed learning into workplace culture - Your Collaboration with PETA
