Each session focuses on practical skills and knowledge that complement your programme and help you grow both personally and professionally.

NEXT MASTERCLASS SESSION:
We are excited to bring you the next session in our popular Masterclass series, a chance to dive deep into Presenting without Panic.
This interactive masterclass is designed to help apprentices feel more confident when speaking and presenting at work. Whether it’s explaining an idea to a manager, contributing in meetings, or delivering a formal presentation, learners will develop practical techniques to manage nerves, communicate clearly, and structure their thoughts effectively. The session focuses on real workplace scenarios, giving learners the opportunity to apply what they learn straight away and leave with a clear plan for their next presentation.
The session will be delivered by Adam Jenkins, one of our experienced trainers who leads much of our Digital Skills training. Adam is well-known for his informative and engaging style and for creating fun, impactful learning experiences - this is one you don’t want to miss!

In previous years, we’ve covered a wide range of topics including LinkedIn skills, Personal Resilience, Assertiveness, Time Management, Brand and more. These sessions are a great way to enhance your CPD log, build extra‑curricular activities, and in some cases contribute to your Off‑the‑Job (OTJ) learning. Please check with your L&D Coach if you’re unsure whether a session can be added to your OTJ tracker.
