Project Management with Emma Quance
Project management is an important skill that supports all apprenticeship roles, as it helps apprentices plan, organise, and deliver tasks effectively while working towards both individual and team objectives.
Regardless of department or job function, every apprentice will be involved in projects in some way, whether that is coordinating events, managing administrative tasks, supporting customers, improving processes, or contributing to business initiatives. Project management principles such as planning, communication, time management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement enable apprentices to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and collaborate successfully with colleagues.
By developing these skills throughout their apprenticeship, individuals gain a greater understanding of how their role contributes to wider organisational goals and become better equipped to manage responsibilities, lead initiatives, and support business success in the future.
Develop practical project management skills to support your role, off-the-job training, CPD and End Point Assessment. Explore the project lifecycle and learn how to use tools such as MoSCoW prioritisation and Gantt charts to plan and manage projects effectively.
