Course overview
This peer group is suitable for delegates who have attended the following open courses:
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- NEBOSH Environmental Certificate
- NEBOSH Fire and Risk Certificate
- IOSH Managing Safely
Delivered as a Virtual 90-minute session via Microsoft TEAMs, in 90-minutes delegates will:
- Be energised and encouraged to take accountability for setting and achieving goals
- Learn from others experience; the highs, the challenges and how to navigate through them
- Gain further tips and techniques to accelerate their performance
- Explore how to boost their confidence and competence to achieve positive outcomes
This is a Peer Group Workshop where attendees will be encouraged to share through open discussion, what they have applied since their course.
They will discuss with their peers what has gone well, what challenges they are facing and explore with the group ways of navigating through challenges to ensure impact is being gained and skills are being developed.
They will be encouraged to set future goals, how they can measure success and explore future learning and support to help them continually develop in their roles.
