This qualification is for those aged 16 years old and over who have an interest in mental health and would like to raise their awareness and be able to listen and signpost work colleagues to a professional body that can provide support.

Course benefits
To be able to recognise and develop an understanding on the importance of positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and the role that everyone plays in recognising mental health issues at work. To be able to identify signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions in the workplace and how best to offer support and guidance to colleagues.

This is a Certificated course (Qualsafe). This qualification is valid for a period of 3 years. The learner needs to retake the qualification before the certificate expiry date to remain qualified.
